Processing

In 2020 the Company installed the Spanish Obreo line for processing walnuts. Walnuts are washed, dried, calibrated, sorted and packed in the enterprise. Walnuts are dried according to international standards at 6-9%. Walnuts are calibrated according to six sizes <30; 32; 34; 36; 38; 38+. The several-stage system of quality control and product selection in the enterprise ensures the high quality of the final product. Damaged and low-quality walnuts are subject to special selection. Thus, the share of low-quality products in the total volume is very low. We use the right packaging materials that fulfill the needs of the food product and extend the shelf-life of the packaged goods.
